FREE TREES - The 2009 application of free trees was not obtained because the rules have changed. We are only supposed to apply for trees that will be planted on public land. If anyone can think of suitable public land for 2010 we will apply next year.
STREET LIGHTS - If you see a street light not working - and you would like it to be fixed - you can call the Highways & Planning Customer Service Helpline in Lincoln on this number: 01522 782070.
SANDBAGS - These are being stored (as a bale of bags and a couple of big bags of sand!) by kind permission of the Harrisons at Manor Farm at the top of Ponton Road. In times of threatened floods please contact Peter Williams or Mark Harrison if you want some sandbags.
